Over the past decade, Portland's Pearl District neighborhood has experienced
some of the city's highest density growth. The Pearl District is a mixed-use,
twenty-four-hour urban residential neighborhood full of new residences,
offices, regional attractions, retailers, parks and open spaces around
a centralized streetcar system.
As a significant urban renewal and neighborhood
project adjacent to this dynamic neighborhood, Centennial Mills must
build on the Pearl District's successes.
