Since 1958, the Portland Development Commission has been Portland's urban renewal and economic development agency.  As a public agency, PDC is entrusted to administer and invest public resources in order to accomplish a variety of goals and objectives that benefit the City of Portland. We believe meaningful, timely and effective public participation and diversity outreach are essential to the successful implementation of our policies, programs and projects.
